Cost of demineralizing water ("price per ton of water")
Q. I want to calculate the price of one ton of water produced by demineralizing plant. How can I calculate it? After regeneration 540 tons passed through the line. Conductivity is 250 µs/cm and when well water used, total production is 250 tons per regeneration. Conductivity of well water is 1000 µs/cm.

they want to learn from your full situation.
Q. Sir, have you found the solution? If you have could you please share it with me?

A. Hi Usman.
I doubt that we'll be able to reach Zulfiar 14 years later, but we'll try.
It looks like he found that one regeneration could process 540 tons of his city water whose quality was 250 µs/cm; but less than half of that quantity, 250 tons of well water of quality 1000 µs/cm. So obviously the cost depends very greatly on the quality of the incoming water. Do you know any data about your incoming water?
We don't know Zufiar's labor rate, downtime, cost of chemicals, etc., although it should prove possible to work through that stuff.
Do you have any data as a starting point? Thanks.
Luck & Regards,
