TriHydric chrome plating on fasteners

Can anybody tell me the purpose of tri-Hydric chrome plating on fasteners? Also how it can be done?

Hi, Gnans. I've never heard of it. If we don't know what it is, and you don't have any idea why it's done or how it's done, we're sure to get nowhere :-)

Do you mean trivalent chrome plating? If so it is a decorative coating.
