A layman's explanation for the difference in NUC AP and NADCAP?

Give a laymans' explanation for the difference in NUC AP and NADCAP. Lot's of people just don't get it (the self-audit thing).

Probably the best bet is to go to the PRI website and look at the definitions from there:

http://www.pri-network.org/PRI/

Essentially the primes of the Nadcap organisation come under the NUCAP umbrella, the sub-contractors to the primes come under the NADCAP umbrella. A very simplistic view, but you'd be better visiting the PRI website for more details.
