SnPb electroplating kit required

Hi
I plan to do SnPb electroplating during one of the steps in MEMs research work and hence am interested to know about few details about it.
I am in need for a basic electroplating kit for SnPb electrodeposition
Am pretty much interested to know about certain details of the SnPb electroplating like what is the composition of the electrolyte to be used, the best possible anode to be used and other additives to be used during the process.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Hello, Anirban. You can find plating information in the Metal Finishing Guidebook or the Electroplating Engineering Handbook [on AbeBooks or eBay or Amazon affil links] , one or both of which are probably in your school or town library. But the thing that many researchers may not realize is that plating solutions are generally not simple mixes of tin and lead salts, but involve specialized organic addition agents that have been developed by suppliers specializing in the field. So you probably want to contact a plating distributor and buy their tin-lead plating process rather than try to develop your own from metal salts and organic addition agents.
