Help please, I'm a student on exam, its about Chrome on Aluminum
Help please, I'm a 12-grade student and very close to my exam, and there's no chemical book/ literature on my area...
"Chrome on Aluminum" how can I do that? (what is the requirement?), and are chrome plating and hard chrome plating the same process?(what is the requirement?) please respond to me...

Our "Chrome Plating Tutorial" will explain the difference between decorative chrome plating and hard chrome plating, Teja. Yes, it is possible to do either process on aluminum, but preparatory steps are needed -- zincating of the aluminum is the most common pretreatment.
The thing about hard chrome on aluminum is that aluminum is soft. You don't want to build an egg with a thin hard shell that cracks.
