I want to know about the steps of the process of Titanium Coating on surgical instruments such as barber scissor, Manicure items.

TiN coating is a very thin coating (microns) and usually deposited by a PVD process on the substrate. There are several types of deposition depending on your requirements, Cathodic arc deposition is a very common tool for cheap coatings.
