Setup of Chromate Conversion Coating line from A to Z

I have been tasked with researching setup for a complete sheet metal fabrication shop including a Clear Chromate Conversion coating line. Are there any companies who can set up a complete system for us and train people in its use?

Hi, Ken. Most major suppliers of plating equipment can provide such a line, although they don't always offer substantial training services. Many consultants serving the plating industry can spec out the line entirely for you, and train your people in its operation.

But you'll probably want to hire people with some similar experience, rather than expect a consultant to be able to affordably impart to anybody off the street enough knowledge to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the line. Best of luck.
