Preparing a sharpening steel
As a professional knifehand I need to know the process to prepare and pit the steel I use to maintain the edge of my knife. I understand if this is not the correct forum to answer my question but I would also appreciate if anyone is able to point me in the direction of where I could access this information.
Thank-you,
