Requirement of Phosphating, Degreasing, Blackening, Iron Phosphating formulations know how
2006
We are on the lookout for a technical knowhow (formulations) in the following, to improve our quality standards and to compete in today's markets.
1. Total degreasing in lesser than 10 minutes soak time, leaving no floating oil on degreasing bath surface. should work both at ambient or elevated temperatures of less than 60 degrees.
2. Tricationic phosphate coating to provide minim phosphate coating thickness of 2 to 5 micron on good paint bonding key coat with in-built anti corrosive property. Temperature is 40 °C and soak time should be 2 to 5 minutes.
3. Iron phosphate coating within 4 microns thickness.
4. Blackening in cold and hot condition for ferrous and non-ferrous and stainless steel components.
5. Cast aluminum cleaning without tarnishing the surface.
6. Non Chromic passivations.
