Thermal resistance of nickel plating
We are doing Electroless nickel plating on copper alloy blanks. we found that the thermal resistance of the plating is much higher that than the electrolytic plated blanks. My question is, Why? How can we reduce the thermo resistance for the electroless plated parts? What must we do in the plating process in-order the reduce the resistance.
Thank you.

Reduce it by how much? Why not just electrolytically plate then? Please try to put your inquiry into context for us, CW. This sounds like a potentially very interesting inquiry that all of the life has been choked out of. Thanks.
