Sakaphen coating

I have an inquiry to make a coating with SAKAPHEN. I have no idea of what kind of product is it, and where can I get it. Can you help me?

As I too had never heard of this coating, I went digging myself. The best website reference was http://www.donelli.it/pdf/sakaenglow.pdf
It's apparently a proprietary thermosetting plastic coating used for coating heat exchanger components, particularly shell and tube heat exchangers. The main company is in Germany but licensed to applicators in Italy, the Pacific Rim and elsewhere.
