Does the presence of sulfonate affect silver plating

We are a nitrile latex supplier to a finger cot manufacturer which in turn asked us a question whether the presence of sulfonate in the finger cot (our nitrile contains sulfonate as a surfactant) will contaminate the silver plating process.

Does it breaks down to sulfur and tarnish their process?

Dear Mr Tong / Mr Jeffery

Could you shed light on where the pigment in the plastic goes? The finger cots do loose color after a while!
Does the color loss contaminate plating baths?
