I want to etch my dental implants
Hi there..how are you...am manufacturing dental implants..iIhave every thing but ,one thing is left..etching..how can I perform it?..name of acid?where can I have it from?how to apply?time of exposuring the Ti6Al4V to the acid?and please don't tell me go to the metals table and what ever...:)

DR. Taha, As I understand it, you would rather take the opinion of a person that you have never met and has unknown qualifications rather than buying a reference book and doing some technical research for yourself.
The primary etch for 6-4 Ti is a mixture of acids, normally nitric and hydroflouric. Not knowing the strengths of Egyptian acids, I will leave the ratios up to you to figure out.
I am not a PhD and not involved in the implant or medical profession.
