Seeking article: "Brush Electrolytic Polishing" by Mazia

I'm looking for the following information or a way to find it. The reference comes from an old patent, and is quite sketchy, but I believe the author is Joseph Mazia. The title is "Brush Electrolytic Polishing and Electrolytic Lapping", Frankfort Arsenal technical Report NO T1839. Any help would be appreciated...

Hi Steven. Joe Mazia passed away recently. He was a prolific writer and the very best man I ever knew.

"A friend who taught me right from wrong, And weak from strong, That's a lot to learn" -- Lulu

I know that he worked at Frankfort Arsenal during WW2, so this reference probably dates back to the late 1940's or early 1950's.

Joe held patent no. 2,539,455 for "Electrolytic Polishing of Metals", granted Jan. 30, 1951, which seems to involve brush electrolytic polishing, and you should be able to find that, if not the article you are looking for. Good luck.
