Low-abrasive coating vendor?

I'm looking for a teflon/xylan/other, moderately high-temperature (>200F),low-abrasive coating that can be easily applied at home. I'm attempting to construct a simple medium temperature Stirling engine from readily available, inexpensive parts. The coating would be applied to the power piston in lieu of compression rings. Current solution is to manufacture the piston from graphite, but I'm looking for alternatives. I don't know if such a product exists. Thank you.

Your idea is not bad. In fact there are doing those kind of coatings for automotive industries. There are making a "Teflon" coating to the air conditioner compressor pistons. The coating is from Kluber, but you can use ones from Withford (Xylan), from DuPont (Teflon), from Acheson (Emralon) and other suppliers. You will have one problem. to obtain all the profit from the coating you'll need to polymerize at hi temp. (about 380 C) but there are coatings at lower temp.
