Developing a sand finish epoxy hard coat for polystryene foam




I am working on a sprayable sand finish hardcoat for over eps foam require similar properties to a polyutherane hard coat over foam.Cannot afford the plural component sprayer for this could use hopper gun for epoxy system

Hi,
I'd sure be interested in what you come up with. I've been looking high and low for a similar product. I just bought a urethane hard coat through Demand products (Ure-Coat) but just got it today, and haven't tried it yet. It's not supposed to be sprayed (roll or brush app. only) but I'm going to experiment with spraying it.
Let me know what you come up with!
