Depositing FeNiCr alloy

2005

Hello All,

I am trying to deposit an alloy of FeNi15Cr18 atomic %tage

We have always a lot of oxygen in the lyer after GDOEs analysis, do you know how to reduce it?
also we want to have thick layer but we are not sure what are the best stress reducers to use
could someone help us?

Many thanks!

No one will be able to help you, unless you provide details of your process. It is even not clear to me how you deposit the alloy. Electroplating? Vacuum deposition? Simply melting it on?
