Simultaneous chemical polishing and passivation of stainless steel

We are looking for a system for simultaneous chemical polishing and passivation of stainless steel 304.
Can you suggest any good chemical system for it?

Does the term "chemical polishing" exclude electropolishing? Electropolishing does exactly that, but I'm not sure if you are trying to exclude it.
