Books with Chrome Plating Defect Pictures

Are there any books out there that have pictures of defects associated with the electrodeposition of chrome over a plastic substrate?

We are NOT a business that produces chromed plastic parts. However we are an end user of these type of parts. For one of our clients we supply an assembly that includes a chrome plated plastic part. Part of our client's desire is that we inspect the chromed plastic parts prior to assembly. Their specification for an acceptable part is given in words (english) that detail the defect. The assembly is built in Mexico and we would like to have pictures for the defect description. Pictures would simply be better than words. Any help would be appreciated.
