I am new with a metal finishing supplier

I'm from Viet Nam, and I was accepted to work for a Metal finishing chemical supplier. I really want to know more about this filed. Would you please to show me some website about this, so I could do my work better. And also I want to know some free E-Library. Thanks for your time!

Welcome to the industry, Tran. You've already found the longest-running, most popular, and probably the largest metal finishing website in the world (he says immodestly). So referring you to another site might only lead you in circles.

The problem with any website, or any resource that is free, is that it won't have the disciplined, organized, sequential presentation offered by a book. With no author who has taken years of their life organizing it as a tutorial, the new person cannot properly weigh the importance of the utterly overwhelming available bursts of data on the internet. You have to get books!

Please see our "must have" booklist. The only exception I can think of is that there are books on-line that are nearly a hundred years out of date. They are great fun for the experienced practitioner, but again usually impractical for the new person because you may have no idea what pieces of these old books are still useful vs. which are so out of date that they are laughable. Good luck!
