Want dull zinc and gold passivation

We are looking for a dull finish on a zinc plated STEEL part with a gold passivation. Our electroplater is giving us a very bright finish where as we require yellow dull finsh without red and blue spots generally one gets with gold and zinc passivation. Can anyone explain if alkaline zinc plating will do the trick and how to avoid red blue spots. And is there a way to dull the finish on the parts which have already been bright zinc plated.

Dear sir
You can plate alkaline zinc followed by trivalent yellow which gives golden colour without red and blue. plating chemical manufacturers have the solution for your requirement.
