Dull and black SS media
2005

Not exactly sure where your problem lies. if the material is getting too hot, that means that you don't have enough liquid flowing through the machine system. To compensate, add more liquid through it or adjust the amplitude of the machine to slow it down. It also sounds as if you do have a chemical problem. Burnishing requires a compound with good lubricity and I like to use a acidic product. There are many sources for chemicals.

I have polished my SS media with lemon about half liter liquid and then start the machine for 1 hour it have become bright and clean like before and the lemon liquid was dark black.
Mr.AF Kenton, yeah there is no enough liquid that is why it get's hot so every 15 mins now I add water and some drops of solution than it works normal.

Again, I'm not sure about your chemical compound. If you are using a lemon product, it may be way to strong on the negative pH scale. Therefore, I suggest you cut back on that product and use something with more lubricity and/or an inhibitor. Equipment is something else. If you have a very powerful machine system capable of turning a lot of steel, yes, it will heat up and that is the purpose of a good flow through liquid compound system.

I don't have lemon product, I have been told that use lemon to polish SS medias it'll get shine and polished so I use that lemon which we eat.
I think the compound which I'm using it is acidic type and just put abt 10 to 15 ml in machine and SS media I have kept in 22 Kg and jewellery capacity is 5 kg. I hope this info is ok to know my problem.
I have mark that compound is very fast if I put times 2 or 3 within
15 mins 2 kg jewellery is ready.

If you are looking for cheap and dirty, try a petroleum product in with your media such as a lubricating spray or kerosene. I don't recommend it, but it will work to some extent.
