Painting a whole car chrome colored
Is there a chrome auto paint to paint the entire car with? shiny?

Silver paint, it's produced commercially. I don't have any links or references but you should be able to find some easy enough.

Alsa has painted a number of cars, including BMWs and Hummers, with their chrome colored paints. It is not real chrome, but some people have been very impressed, and actual chrome plating of an automobile is hopeless. Follow the link to their website and look around.

It might be illegal if you are actually trying to reproduce chrome on the whole car, you would be blinding other drivers all over the road!
