How do I stop galvanic corrosion on magnesium bike frame?
I need some kind of grease to protect the parts of my magnesium bike frame from galvanic corrosion with other bolt on parts made of aluminum or steel. I don't think I can use some sort of paint that has to be baked, it's gotta be spread on, or spray on. I was thinking zinc anti seize.

Dissimilar materials will suffer galvanic corrosion if they touch, Nathanael. If they are bolted together, it sounds like they are touching.
Teflon tape (and there are Teflon liquid compounds available in a boating store as well) will not solve the problem, but may help, by reducing the places where the metals are touching, but more importantly by filling the gaps so liquids can't collect in the threads.
