Electrochemical potential of stainless steel bolts

I am a Project Engineer/Consultant here in our country and involved in a project about transmission lines and I am interested in knowing the right specification or composition of a stainless steel bolt that has a greater electrochemical potential than brass bolts. Is there a specific formulation that can justify this question or any theoretical discussion? where can I find it? Also, it would be better if you can give some other information on the disadvantages and advantages of using stainless steel bolts rather than brass bolts in a transmission line assembly.

If your stainless steel is passivated (and remains so) it will be more electropositive (protected) than brass. Presence of certain ions, such as chlorides, can reduce or destroy passivation, then brass will attack it.
