Fume danger from galvannealed Bar-B-Q grill
I have heard that galvanized metal emits possibly toxic fumes when heated. Is the same true of galvannealed metal? I'm asking because a barbecue I'm thinking of buying has a galvannealed firebox. Does this sound like a possible problem? Thanks.

Yes to question 1. I wouldn't worry about it to question 2. Used outdoors, as all bar-b-q grills must be, the dilution of any fumes would be very significant. Note that this is an answer to a consumer, and must not be read as an okay to a manufacturer.
