Distilled Water a "Dead" Water

My question is very short and simple. "Is there any oxygen in distilled water?" Because the process of distillation is boiling the water and catching the steam and condensing it back into water without exposing to any external impurities.

Jane,

There will be "some" oxygen. You can not get rid of "all" of it. Now that amount might be the equivalent of "none" for your purposes.

If one removes the oxygen from the H2O then you no longer have H2O you just have H. I do not understand how distillation removes "MOST" of the oxygen atoms and you still have water. The easiest way to remove the oxygen atom that I know of is to use electricity.

I don't think they were talking about removing the O from H2O, Randy. I think they were talking about dissolved oxygen gas.
