What problems arise during the annealing of brass tube:
1. Soldering
2. Plating-nickel-chrome
What types of oxides can form during annealing?
1. flame contact and non flame contact?
2. quenching with water quickly.
3. Any out-gassing of zinc?
4. Any blistering internally after annealing?
5. Mixture of gas: propane-butane?

You've asked 7 fairly abstract questions, Armando :-)
The problem with abstract questions is that readers can't even begin a response without a dozen "ifs, ands, and buts", and usually they won't bother. Please try to post your situation -- who you are, what problems you are having or what you are doing that motivates you to ask these questions -- and hopefully we will be able to help.
