Electroplating intermediates
I herein just wanna talk something about the plating intermediates. As we know that electroplating intermediates are some what of the organic matters which functions as the brighten, leveling, stress releaser and so on. My question is that if the intermediates have the same molecular function group could we use the molecular structure to explain that why the substitute can be applied as the electroplating additives ?

Mr. Huang, I did not fully understand your question, and perhaps could not answer it if I did.
But in the western world, the proprietary nature of brighteners, levelers, and stress reducers is perhaps the principal factor that has made our industry possible. We would probably have no technical conferences, professional societies, or journals without the historical funding by the suppliers of the proprietaries. So we err on the side of caution and only print responses that we are sure are in the public domain. The best way to do this is for responders to quote published literature.
