copper sulphate Refinement

I have been searching the internet for a way to refine copper sulphate ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] 35-45 opg 10% Sulfuric solution. I need to remove iron from our solution (5,000 + gallons). Our test show 2+ % Fe and Analytical Lab showing 20-30 ppm. We have tried several ways to remove the iron but we are unsure of the results due to our iron test having lower results in the presents of elevated Hydrogen Peroxide levels. If anyone could help and give detailed instructions I would appreciate any and all help.

Firstly, when treating with hydrogen peroxide it is necessary to filter the solution to remove the now suspended iron or it will redissolve. If you have hydrogen peroxide present after the treatment that means that you have not completed the treatment. You need to heat the solution to 140 deg F. when treating and maintain it for 6 to 12 hours. This will increase the chemical activity and will generally complete the treatment without free peroxide.
