Advance medical titanium coating
Hello everybody,
I have one problem I'm looking for a way or a machine or technology that can help me for coating titanium with titanium for medical plates and medical screws. As you have known plate or screw that used for broken bones must be flexible (not hard) and they coating plates and screw with TITANIUM again. Anyhow I'm looking for that way ? If you can solve my problem please advice ?
Thanks,

Hi, Jankar. Well, I can tell you how you can't do it, so you don't waste time in the search :-)
Titanium is not an electrodepositable material (it's too active, the water in the plating solution separates into hydrogen and oxygen without reducing any titanium on the surface). Maybe some PVD process is a possibility. Good luck.
