Buffing paste equivalent to green rouge
I am using green rouge for buffing my Stainless Steel 304 grade components with success.
However for operational improvement we require some sort of paste which could be dropped on buffing wheel.
We had tried dissolving the green rouge in organic solvent after crushing it. The rouge partially dissolve but residual powder sticks to the job and leaves black patches after burning.
Is this technically possible?
Is there any standard paste equivalent of green rouge?
Can the green rouge be dissolved in some solvent to form uniform paste. If yes , which is the most suitable solvent?
Can we have same results with the paste as the green rouge stick?
Thanks,

I'm not sure where you are getting your rouge from, but here in the USA, most liquid forms of rouge are water based. Actually, these are considered paste. I've used both white and red and have diluted them to make them easier to handle and they work very well. I suspect green is also available in the same form and can be diluted the same way.
