Treatment of Zinc/Nickel Rinse Waters

We currently have a Wastewater Pretreatment System to includes chrome reduction, pH neutralization, chemical precipitation, clarification, and filtering via a filter press. We are looking to install a nickel/zinc plating line. I hear that the rinse waters for the nickel/zinc bath are differcult to treat. Can someone give me some ideas on how to hanle these rinse waters?

Our company has a plant similar to which it describes; Nowadays we are working with a bath of 5.000 l of Zn/Ni and have had to install a module of oxidation to break the complexes that were formed by the additives acomplejantes of Not in this bath. Anyhow if the wealth of spilt his company is big and the volumes of small Zn/Ni, it is probable that they do not detect problems in the residual waters.
