Thermal deburring of Zamac

I heard from a supplier that the right option for a deburring process of a body of a valve produced in the company that I work is the thermal deburring, as it is made of Zamac.

However I did not find articles or studies published in this area, and neither a specialized supplier. So, I would appreciate if somebody could help me sending any material that explains in detail this process, or at least giving me a brief explanation.

Thanks in advance,

If you check back in the archives 3 to 6 months ago, I gave a lengthy answer to this question. Briefly, this is a machine system that uses heat in the form of a controlled explosion to create extremely high temperatures that vaporize burrs. It is a good system that uses non-abrasive or mechanical methods for burr removal. It is very good on threaded parts and internal burrs. Parts size and volume are limited to the size of the sealed chamber where combustion takes place. Parts are placed randomly in trays and inserted the work chamber.
