Stainless steel, scratch
I am building a new house and am in the process of choosing my kitchen appliances. I like the look of stainless steel but wonder about how it will hold up to two small children. I understand it will show fingerprints but will it scratch easy? One sales person has told me no and another has told me yes. Please let me know who is correct.
Thank you,

Scratches really aren't much of a problem with kids. Stainless is pretty hard and you need some strength and a hard object to hurt it. Finger prints are easily combatted by using a purchased stainless steel cleaner that leaves a light inveisble residual wax or film on the surface. This prevents fingerprinting.

I recently purchased a stainless steel refrigerator. I used the polish supplied by the company along with a good quality paper towel to clean the appliance. Apparently, something I used caused scratches (like buffed circles)and I can't seem to remove them. Any suggestions?
