Electroplating the Gold Emblems on Cars

I am thinking of buying a electroplating system to gold plate emblems on cars. Can you please tell me the detailed good and bad information on this type of work?

The bad news is that the customers will not beat a path to your door, Dejan, you'll have to dig them up. So why not try your skills at finding the customers, acting as a rep for someone else, before making the investment? Good luck.

The Plating Hobby can be very fulfilling. It takes a lot of patience. If you have some things you would like to plate go ahead and start on a small basis till you get a feel and then expand out.
