Dear Sir,
Other than Ni-Cr plating, whether any latest technology has been developed which gives finish & corrosion resistance better than plating. If any, details please?

Hi, J. Nobody would specify nickel-chrome plating if something else gave a better finish and corrosion resistance, would they?
Please describe the parts you want to finish, and the environment they are going to see, and maybe someone can help you. Thanks!

There are many different technologies out there that can surpass the corrosion-resistance of nickel-chrome plating systems. You must also consider many other variables, the most important being cost. Does your application need heat tolerance, post-bending capability, friction, conductivity, or other requirements? If there was a finish that was the same as nickel-chrome in appearance, function, and cost, and performed better, I don't think anyone would be using nickel-chrome!
