Seeking Electropolishing Titanium
I need to get some titanium parts (6AL4V) electropolished. Is it even possible to get good results? I have heard conflicting reports. If so, can anyone let me know where I might get it done?
Thanks,

6Al4V alloy is a two-phase alloy. We can electropolish it to complete deburring, but it will be not mirror reflection. Single phase alloy like alpha- or beta- alloy (or grade 1-4), and pure titanium can be electropolished to mirror reflection (less then 0.1 micron).
