Corrosion coating for AZ91D
I'm looking for a coating for Mg AZ91D that has low electrical resistivity and high corrosion resistance to high temperature and humidity environments (such as automotive).

I suppose it would need to be, in the deposited metals category, a plating of some kind, say, electroless nickel, or one of the zinc alloys.
What do you mean by low electrical resistance, and high corrosion, high temperature, etc.
Is this for under hood, under chassis, exhaust manifold?

Tom,
In reply to your inquiry...
Low electrical resistance: Not exactly sure, but probably on the order of 1 milliohm or less.
High Temp: 100C
High Humidity: say 85% RH
Application: Exposed to all climates (land, not marine). Physically shielded from outdoor elements, but not sealed or guaranteed to avoid occasional immersion in various resevoirs (sea, lake, river, etc.).
