How to prevent white spot for aluminium anodizing.

Anodizing Type II, Our company has a problem with a white spot on the anodizing of aluminium (6063 material). Our vendor do anodizing for us. We always have a white spot problem. We have a very critical standard for anodizing our frame. We checked the anodizing frame with alcohol and under high projector light in cleanroom class I. Our standard is very top.

Someone can help me, how to avoid white spot problem in anodizing.
