Seeking supply of selenium dioxide

I live in England and am seeking a cheap supply of selenium dioxide for the blackening of model locomotive wheels. I would prefer it in liquid form, if possible, but would also appreciate information on how to get hold of metal black paste (used for guns, hence not very common in the UK!).
