DOD specifications, and update notifications

I am looking for services that can notify me of availability and then provide updates for mil specs as they become revised. Are there reputable companies which provide such a service for a reasonable fee?

Greg, one such service is Techstreet.com, which offers the notification service for free although it is a commercial service and charges for the specs.
