How to calculate the pricing for per piece part for clear anodized?

Example : Alum 2.0 mm x Width : 15" x Length : 25"

I m looking for the formula to calculate the pricing for clear anodize. We having existing vendor doing clear anodize. And we would like to know how they calculate.
