Need activated alumina grain [Vietnam]

I am trying to buy activated alumina for silica removal from supplied water in order to use on industrial scale (200000 cubic meter/day. I need "alumina grain or ball" which can be regenerated and reused. Can anyone help me to get such a type of the said alumina?
