Want Dielectric Coating on alloy [California]

I'm looking for a dielectric coating approx .001" thick or less with uniform coverage for use on Allegheny Ludlum - Electric Alloy AL 4750 (http://www.alleghenyludlum.com/ludlum/Documents/al4750.pdf) Dielectric strength of ~500VAC @ 60 Hz, ~60secs.

I am open to any and all suggestions. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!
