Dear Sir,

I am a student from University Malaysia Perlis. Now, I am studying about the 'Method for Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) Rapid Prototyping'. As I know, your company had explored the rapid prototyping technology for years and has a good reputation for your product. So, may I get the information about the above topic? Besides, I will very glad if your company can help me to answer the following questions:

1) Please explain fused deposition modeling (FDM) machine process.

2) How to remove support? explain the process.

3) Is it surface finishing need for FDM product? WHY? explain one method of surface finishing for FDM product.
