Need Equipment for Nitric Acid Passivation

Hi My name is Mohsen and I am trying to put together a proposal for passivation process Nitric acid as required by our customer. I am looking for some companies or agencies that can help me to come up with some numbers with regards to equipment requirements and costs.

The process is pretty much per customer specification. Currently we are sub-contracting the process but due to large volume of the jobs and cost we are trying to bring the process in house and therefore the proposal.
