Gold and platinum/rhodium plater needed for writing pen manufacturer [Michigan]

We are a small but growing pen company. I am looking for a reliable plating company that is capable of:

Gold plating
Platinum and/or rhodium plating
occasional copper plating (not critical that you have this capability)

on these metals -
brass
steel
Stainless - nice if you can do this, but not critical.
titanium - nice if you can do this, but again, not critical.

Quality is very important in the luxury writing pen market. In many ways, it's very similar to the jewelry industry.

Quantities are small. Sometimes parts are prototype or unique, and I am moving into larger quantity production runs (currently up to about 100 pens, some pens requiring several parts to be plated).
