Tin Plating [Pakistan]

I have used Stannous Chloride/Thiourea/Citric Acid formulation for immersion tin plating of PCBs with some success. However, the plating is not bright and shiny but slightly grayish. What do I need to add to the above formulation to achieve this.Or, perhaps, you can suggest a better formulation.
