Standards for Trivalent Passivation on Zinc Plating [India]

It has been some time since the RoHS deadline has passed.Many plating shops have changed over to Trivalent passivation on Zinc plating . But I have not come acros any Standards for this process. Has any country released any standard for this? When are the US or other commonly used Standards are expected to be released for this process.
